Ingredients: Pomegranate-infused Hendrick’s Gin, Sour plum-infused Mancino Blanco, Peach Bitters
Inspiration: Drawing on the flavours of the Middle East with pomegranate-infused gin, and inspired by the Chinese and Indian influence of the Tanjong Pagar neighbourhood of Singapore with the traditional delicacy of sour plums, this cocktail is delicate yet powerful. The peach crisp provides texture and sweetness to offset the sourness of the plums and compliment the botanicals of Hendrick's and the natural sweet/tart flavours of the pomegranate. Ingredients are historically obtained from regions along the Silk Road, giving birth to the name of the cocktail.
