Ingredients: Moutai Prince, Cherry Puree, Dark Chocolate Sauce, Cocchi Rosa Vermouth, Whole Milk, Lemon Juice
Inspiration: This cocktail combines the strongest and most prominent aroma type in Chinese Baijiu - Savoury aroma Moutai with cherry and dark chocolate. The first nose of the cocktail is of a rich and sweet chocolate flavor, followed by a smooth and full mouthfeel. The sweetness of cherry and Cocchi Rosa Vermouth are a perfect match with the hint of vanilla in the Maotai Prince Baijiu. The ending has a touch of bitterness and sweetness from the dark chocolate and a slight stimulation from the chilli bitter, enhancing the layering and complexity of the whole cocktail.
