Cocktail Inspiration
The Purvis Sapphire is elevated simplicity and flavour-wise promises a bouquet of diversity. Homemade parsley and dill cordial, combined with the classic balance of Bombay Sapphire Gin is taken to the next level, with a drizzle of truffle oil infused with garlic. Interesting, to say the least!
About the Bar
Last Word is named after a forgotten classic cocktail and aims to bring back timeless traditions in cocktail experiences. The bar features a Japan-inspired drinks program and spotlights ingredients, techniques and the refined simplicity of The Land Of The Rising Sun.
