Cocktail: Peach & Butterfly by Tess Bar & Kitchen
Ingredients: Hendrick’s Orbium, Lillet Blanc, Peach Liqueur, Honey Syrup, Citric Acid, Sauvignon Blanc infused Butterfly Pea
Inspiration: My inspiration came from a butterfly pea flower, which I saw in a Chinese medical hall in the neighbourhood. The butterfly pea flower reminded me of the beautiful colours of violet and blue and perfume aroma of the Hendrick's Orbium. I used peach liqueur and Lillet Blanc to give my cocktail a floral and fruity note, supported by hints of rose that are accentuated by the blue lotus blossom. I also made my own Butterfly Pea infused with Sauvignon Blanc, which is slowly layered on top of the cocktail to create a violet blue hue.
