Ingredients: Monkey 47 Dry Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Trigona Honey, 24 Herb Tea
Inspiration: Chinatown is home to many traditional Chinese medicinal shops which sell 24 herb teas with their own concoctions. Our cocktail is a twist of Hanky Panky with Chinese herbaceousness that comes along with a hint of acidity from locally sourced Trigona honey.
