Cocktail Inspiration
An ode to sustainability, kickstart the night with the intriguing Moonstone. Based in a citrus peel cordial, fashioned from common bar excess, locally-farmed ice mint is cold-infused with cacao liqueur then shaken up with olive brine, dashi pinot grigio, and the uber-smooth Bombay Sapphire Gin. Layered, savoury hints and so much oomph!
