Hosted by London based Distill Ventures, the world’s only accelerator for the spirit industry, co-founder Dan Gasper will be joined by a panel of experienced drink entrepreneurs across Asia.

The seminar will explore 'the 5 Bricks’ - Distill Venture’s framework built to help entrepreneurs develop and grow exciting new brands. This will be accompanied by the panel who'll share their experience and advice on how to overcome the challenges of the craft spirits industry.

Panelists: Spencer Forhart, co-founder of Proof and Co and global award winning cocktail bar 28 Hong Kong Street; Sam Jeveons, co-founder of Nusa Cana Rum; David Ong, co-founder of Curator Coffee and Cocktails in Manila, and Edsa Beverage Design Group.

Join Luke Whearty from Operation Dagger (No. 21 on World’s 50 Best Bars) and Alex Kratena, Founder of P(our), a not-for-profit organisation that aims to improve the global drinks industry; as they speak in detail about originality and how to streamline creativity in the bar. Both bartenders will demonstrate that inspiration does not always have to come from classic cocktails but from other experiences and walks of life, art, literature, pop culture and more. Luke and Alex will also be demonstrating two cocktails for attendees to sample.
