Rated number 34 on 2016 World’s 50 Best Bars list, among other awards it has bagged, Dante comes with a tasteful set-up that is already a visual treat on entry. Its menu features seasonal cocktails individually handcrafted by Naren Young using only fresh fruit juices and herbs, resulting in drinks that inspire both the palate and the sight. Inspired by the classic hotels and grand cafes of Europe, Dante's 100 year history, made it the perfect platform for their devout focus on the art of the aperitivi, a global movement that Naren is at the forefront of.

Naren Young started studying classic cocktails at age 15 and has honed his bartending skills across the globe. He started out in Sydney bars including the iconic Grand Pacific Blue Room and Bayswater Brasserie before heading to New York to work at several iconic bars prior to heading up Dante. In 2016, Young was a finalist for American Bartender of the Year and Best Cocktail and Spirits Writer, while Dante was also shortlisted as Best New American Cocktail Bar by Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards.
