ATTAPON DE-SILVA

Sleek and exclusive, Q&A; is a dim, plushly furnished bar, where one can find refined versions of classics, multiple takes on Negronis and a set of hard-hitting drinks known as Questions. There are also sweeter and "easier" concoctions known as Answers. The 26th on Asia’s 50 Best Bars, it offers weekly themes including Asian spices or Cajun and bourbon odes to New Orleans for its drinks.

Formerly from Seven Spoons and Sugar Ray, De-Silva is a self-taught mixologist who started bartending at 19. He started out at Sripoom Espresso Bar before making a name for himself at Seven Spoons. He calls himself a dream-maker and is renowned for his mixology skills in Bangkok - De-Silva is also a consultant mixologist for some of the city’s best bars.
