Singapore Cocktail Festival
  • ALEX KRATENA
    P(our) is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to improve the global drinks industry through sharing new ideas, knowledge and inspiration. The first P(our) symposium took place in Paris in June 2016 to high international acclaim. In 2017 P(our) is expanding with one day events, discussions, presentations and workshops that address issues critical to the profession. Most importantly all content will continue to be shared on pourdrink.org for free.
    Alex is the founder of P(our) and former head bartender of Artesian, recognised as number one for the fourth consecutive year, in the World's 50 Best Bar Awards. In November 2015, Alex left Artesian to pursue a new joint project with Simone Caporale and Monica Berg. Alex has been featured in Creators list 2016 as one of the 40 most influential individuals shaping the future of the global bar industry.
