Pisco Sours
Drawing inspiration from some of the oldest pisco bars in Lima, Peru, Tiger’s Milk features a library of piscos, leaving guests spoilt for choice. Expect creative pisco-infused cocktails created by Head Bartender, Khojie, complemented with vibrant flavours on the Peruvian food menu. For Singapore Cocktail Festival, guests can enjoy the 1-for-1 Pisco Sours at $18++ from 9.00pm to 12.00am. Additionally, other specialty cocktails such as Peruvian Sangria, Piscojito and Sataypura, the latter which is inspired by local flavours, are available at $15++ each.

Get up close and personal with resident Mixologist, Khojie, and discover the uniqueness of Peruvian cocktails - Pisco Sour, Piscorinha and Coco con Pisco. Cocktails will also be paired with the Tiger's Milk Trio, which includes the Seabass Ceviche, Seafood Mixto and Tuna Nikkei.
