The Farmer George and Tonic draws inspiration from George becoming a farmer and setting up an urban garden in Singapore. Inspired by classic flavours of George’s heritage and the gin and tonic legacy of The Spiffy Dapper, this cocktail is made with their very own Farmer George Gin; gin with a strong kick of curry leaf and tamarind, paired with mango, fresh lemon, cardamom, turmeric, coriander, egg white, and tonic.

Join Rick Ames of Paper Lantern Distilling as he covers the basics of spirit distillation, from the raw ingredients, the fundamentals of fermentation, the role of yeast, the basic types of stills, how they differ in form and function, and how different spirits require different distillation processes. Rick Ames of Paper Lantern Distilling will share about bees, honey and drinking. Learn about Singapore's native bee population and modern beekeeping practices. Rick will also talk about using honey in the production of alcohol. Everything from mead to modern honey infused spirits and cocktails. You will get to sample different types of honey. And of course there will be three cocktails made in different styles with Paper Lantern Sichuan Pepper Gin and honey.

Four Pillars Gin and The Spiffy Dapper invite you down on 17 March 2017 (Friday) to meet award-winning Vietnamese bartender Peter Nguyen. He has trained at some of the finest establishments in Australia: Golden Monkey, Lobo Plantation and Palmer & Co. He travelled to London in 2015 to further enhance his already considerable expertise. Peter placed in the Top 8 Promising for Bacardi Legacy UK and also represented the UK at the World Finals of the Martini Grandprix and Monin Cup. At twenty-four, he is now a Brand Ambassador at the award-winning Mr Fogg's Residence, London. Peter aims to one day return to his roots, and grow the hospitality industry back in Vietnam.
