Select from a list of six Singapore Cocktail Festival signature creations at Mitzo Restaurant & Bar. The Uncle Negroni features red dates infused Bols Jenever, Vermouth del professore and Campari. This unique variation of the classic Negroni is aged in an oak barrel for one month.

Also available during Singapore Cocktail Festival is a dim sum and cocktail pairing menu featuring signatures such as the Ginseng Daquiri, paired with Deep-fried octopus with cumin salt and pepper. The menu is available for dinner only, from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

Enjoy an ala carte buffet that includes one complimentary cocktail, the Garden of Eden, prepared with eight treasures tea infused Stolichnaya vodka, elderflower liquor, chrysanthemum syrup, lemon juice, egg white and jasmine water.
