"When Exotic Meets Zen”
In collaboration with The Never Ending Summer Bangkok, Elixir Bar @Kuvo proudly presents Dheeradon Dissara, the multiple champion bartender and Kuvo's Chief Mixologist, Yutaka Nakashima as they shake up the night with a variety of creative cocktails. Taste unique and exotic ingredients such as Dried Butterfly Pea Flower from Thailand, and in contrast, Zen-inspired concoctions that are clean and refreshing on the palate.

Kyo-gimlet
KUVO presents six signature cocktails that include the Kyo-gimlet, a unique cocktail that features pine wood paper (Japanese Kyogi) infused in Botanist Gin. Kyogi, which is thinly shaved sheets of red pine is often used in the world of culinary arts and lends a subtle Asian aesthetic aroma to the Kyo-gimelet. A homemade genmai tea syrup is also added to give the cocktail a sweet tea after taste.
