Meet a star-studded cast consisting of Jorge Balbontin, Global Ambassador for Gin Mare, Francesco Angotti of Migas (Beijing) and Manuel Alvarez of of Peg Leg (Sydney). Besides learning about the variations of gins, these experts will also share how different garnishes, botanicals and citrus affect the taste and aroma of gins. Guests will also enjoy tapas and gin cocktails prepared by the speakers.
Complimentary transport into Sentosa will be provided at 40 HongKong Street at 2.00pm.
