Ruby The Elephant
Bread Street Kitchen will be showcasing a signature cocktail named Ruby the Elephant, prepared with Ceylon Arrack, Bacardi 8 Year Old Rum, Bentiana, Blood Orange Cointreau, sugar cane and fresh coconut water. Ceylon Arrack is one of the oldest spirits in the world, and a portion of its sales profit goes towards maintaining a local elephant orphanage. Ruby the elephant is due to be released back into the wild just before Singapore Cocktail Festival, and every cocktail you enjoy will go towards supporting elephant wild life in Sri Lanka!
