When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at www.singaporecocktailfestival.com. See you at Empress Lawn!

Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?
There is no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase

Can I buy tickets at the door?
You will be able to purchase a Day Pass or Jumbo Pass at the door. If you are planning on coming with your friends, buy your Party Pack and Jumbo Party Pack in advance! Party packs are not available at the door.

What Payment Methods are available for online ticket purchase?
We accept all major credit cards.

Can I purchase tickets for two ticket categories in the one transaction?
Unfortunately no, if you wish to purchase more than one ticket categories you will need to complete two separate transactions.

I lost/deleted/can’t find my confirmation email. Can I give you my name?
Yes, please email hello@singaporecocktailfestival.com with your name and the email address you registered with and we’ll check the system and get back to you within three working days.
Is this an over 18 event?
Patrons under the age of 18 are permitted within Festival Village accompanied by an adult and with a valid ticket. Children under the age of 12 may enter for free. Underage wristbands will be given out and they will NOT be served the complimentary cocktail. The accompanying adult may redeem this cocktail. Sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited to minors under 18 years of age. Any minors found consuming alcohol within the Village will be removed from the premises.

What ID is required for entry?
A valid government-issued ID is required and visitors have to present this on first demand.

Where can I buy a Tasting Card for the Artisanal Spirit Tasting Room?
Tasting Cards are available to purchase for $19 at the Artisanal Spirit Tasting Room. A Tasting Card gets you 4 shots (15ml).
How do I get to Empress Lawn?
If arriving by Bus: 195, 961 (Supreme Court, bus stop no. 02181) 75, 100, 107, 130, 131, 167, 640 (opposite Singapore Cricket Club, bus stop no. 02029) If arriving by MRT: City Hall (EW13 / NS25) & Raffles Place (EW14 / NS26)

Please note there is no parking on site. We do not encourage drinking and driving.

Where do I collect my wristband?
Please present your barcode for scanning upon arrival at the Festival. You will receive your wristband upon entry.

I am attending multiple days of the festival - will I receive more than one wristband?
No, you will receive the one wristband for all three days of the festival. Please ensure you bring it with you when arriving.

I purchased a Party Pack/Jumbo Party Pack but my friends aren’t here yet. What happens next?
If you purchased a Party Pack/Jumbo Party Pack you will receive all the wristbands when you scan the barcode in your confirmation email. You can then pass on these wristbands to your friends when they arrive.

Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, as long as you are wearing your wristband you are free to move in and out of the Festival Village.

I forgot my complimentary tickets at home, can I just give you my name?
We don’t have your name on list as the complimentary tickets are given to our partners, therefore we are unable to provide you a wristband for entry without a ticket.

Why do I still have to pay for booking fees when I’m not booking online?
Booking fees cover any administrative and processing costs for each ticket sold regardless of the channel of purchase be it online or in person at the ticketing counter.

Where do I collect my Cocktail Shaker?
Please alert staff upon entry. After scanning your ticket, you will be provided with your Cocktail Shaker Set.
What items are banned from the festival?
Possession of glass, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, (fire) arms and/or other dangerous otherwise prohibited items are not allowed. Neither are substances, food, (alcoholic) drinks and/or animals.

Can I smoke at the festival?
No, Empress Lawn is a non-smoking park.

What is the schedule for the Guest Bartenders/DJs/etc?
The schedule for Festival Village will be released mid-April. Stay tuned!

Can I consume any bottles of alcohol I buy at the festival?
No, you may not consume your own alcohol or bottles purchased at the festival.

Are there toilets?
Toilets will be available onsite.

What payment methods are available within the festival?
Cash and Card payments will be available at most areas of the Festival, however each bar may have its own payment limitations.

SGCF is partnering with Sluggr to present you an exclusive SGCF portal in-app, during April 2019. More details to be released soon when we launch this in April!
No, deals are only available during the festival dates of May 10-18.
No, you can use the Cocktail Passport without attending Festival Village. All you need to do is download the Sluggr app. The SGCF portal will be launched in April 2019.
Each drink promo can be used as many times as you would like!
Once you’ve decided which tour to join, click the “Get Bar Tours” button to be redirected to the ticketing page. Do bring your voucher, either printed or on your mobile, to the tour for redemption.
Each tour will make 4 stops to visit one bar each, to taste the exclusive cocktails created specially for the Festival. Each stop will entitle you to one drink. We will also provide transportation between stops and a guide for each tour group.
If time permits, you will be able to order food on a stop of the Bar Tour. However, we are on a strict timeline so please take that into consideration. Any food purchased will be at your own cost.
Once confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, or changes may be made to your ticket purchase. However, if the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons on our part, a full refund will be issued.
The meeting point will be the first bar on the list of stops. This is where you will meet your tour guide and begin the tour. The tour will then end at the last stop on the tour.
