A "New Style Tiki" cocktail with local, taking on tropical flavors of Two Birds Watermelon Gin, lychee and sour plum and unusual ingredients like Champagne Makgeolli. This Tiki cocktail is made in non-conventional ratios give it a unique yet totally approachable flavor.
