Having worked his way up from bartending at bars including Mod, Mod Sequel and Marquee, Huang is now the Director of Woo-Taipei and On The Table. He earned his stripes having placed champion in both the 2009 and 2011 Diageo World Class Taiwan, and as champion of 2011 Diageo World Class Global. The charming bartender contributes to GQ’s mixology column and has been invited to guest bartend across Asia from Shanghai to Bali, Seoul and Lima.
